Personal TrainingWhether your goals are to lose weight, to tone or strengthen your muscles, to get better blood test results, or to just get moving, Keys To Fitness is here to motivate you! Each workout is custom designed to help you achieve your unique goals. All sessions with Keys To Fitness will be held in my home gym. Exercises will be calisthenic, aerobic, and functional in nature and will vary from session to session to keep your body from reaching that dreaded plateau. Optional baseline and follow up measurements will be recorded to chart progress. Available measurements include, weight, BMI (body mass index), skin fold body fat testing (caliper method), anthropometric measurements, sit up test, and push up test.
