FitcampDetailsKeys To Fitness Fitcamp is an outdoor fitness program for women who are looking to shed some pounds, gain strength, and improve their overall fitness levels. This program is made for women who are just getting started in the world of exercise and is designed to act as a support group and a place you can work out without the pressures of those watchful eyes at the gym. This group exercise plan will focus mainly on aerobic exercises to burn off excess weight and calisthenics for strength gains without using complicated weight machines. The program will be tailored to everyone’s goals and exercises will vary from session to session to spice things up. ScheduleKTF Fitcamp will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays with an optional session on Fridays at B.T. Collins Park in Folsom at 7:00 AM. Each session will last approximately one hour. Is fitcamp a fit for you?This fitcamp is for women only. Women of any age who are out of shape, overweight, or obese are welcome to join. If you have a pre-existing health condition your doctor’s approval is necessary before participation. What to ExpectWeight loss, strength gain, increased self-confidence, social support, better moods, increased energy levels, and better overall health! Program Includes:Promotional period: 2 sessions per week with an optional 3rd session for free. Fitness challenges for the days in between sessions. 24/7 e-mail support for any questions/concerns/encouragement. Nutrition tips. Baseline measurements with follow-up monthly measurements to chart progress. What you need:Water bottle, good sneakers, and the desire to improve fitness levels. |
